NiCE Introduces Next-Gen Monitoring

VMware vSphere 7 Approaches End-of-Service | NiCE Introduces Next-Gen Monitoring

With VMware vSphere 7.x soon reaching its End of General Support (EoGS), and an exciting new monitoring solution on the horizon, IT teams are facing a pivotal moment to modernize and secure their infrastructure.

vSphere 7: Support Ending October 2, 2025
VMware has confirmed that vSphere 7.x (including ESXi, vCenter, and vSAN 7.x) will reach End of General Support on October 2, 2025, a six-month extension from the previously scheduled April 2 date. After that date, Broadcom (which now maintains VMware support) will no longer issue security patches, updates, or support services for these versions.

Systems entering the Technical Guidance phase, which applies to environments with valid VMware contracts, will remain accessible for self-service support until April 2, 2027.
