Information Collected and Stored Automatically

By visiting our websites, certain information may be automatically provided to us by your computer. For each visitor to our websites, our web servers automatically recognize the visitor’s domain name or IP address. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer when you connect to the Internet. As part of the protocol of the Internet, webservers can identify your computer by its IP address. In addition, we may collect your browser type and operating system as well as your internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, date and time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We collect similar information when visiting our websites with your mobile device, including mobile device brand, model, mobile operation system, and carrier.

Online Tracking
When we use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet, these companies employ cookie and pixel tag technology on this and other websites in order to help select the ads that are displayed to you. For example, it helps ensure you do not see the same advertisements repeatedly and to display advertisements more specific to your interests. For these efforts, we comply with the Digital Advertising Alliance industry standards. For more information on your Ad Choices please visit one of the links below. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise our services outside our site, and who may use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies to serve and offer relevant ads.
Some newer web browsers incorporate “Do Not Track” features. At this time, our websites may not respond to “Do Not Track” requests or headers from these browsers. To learn more about your choices about not having this information used by certain service providers, in the US please click here, in Canada please click here, or for European residents, please click here. (Please note: opting out of this practice does not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads.)

Cookies & Pixel Tracking
NiCE and our partners use cookies, pixel tags, tags, HTML 5 storage, and similar technologies that enable, among other things, the tracking of your actions as a user of various websites or recipients of e-mail messages. “Pixel Tags” may be used. Pixel Tags may be used in connection with our web pages, our online advertising, or our e-mail messages, either by NiCE or by our service providers, business partners, or other third parties. Pixel Tags are used to collect typically anonymous data to help identify types of information, including popular destinations, average rental prices, quote and conversion rates, click-throughs, and other information to improve the service you receive or the relevance of advertising directed to you. Pixel Tags may also be used to identify which online advertisement or email has brought you to a website. Further, certain Pixel Tags may be used by other companies for the purpose of tracking visits to their websites, identifying if such internet traffic came from a NiCE website, or confirming your eligibility to receive services or benefits from such other companies.
Third-party cookies or Pixel Tags may collect information about a user of our site’s online activities over time and across different websites. Some of our websites may use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and other, similar technologies (e.g. Pixel Tags) to collect information about website use anonymously and reports trends, without identifying individual visitors. To learn more about Google Analytics, including how to opt-out of it, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout .
We use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding goods and services that may be of interest to you when you access and use our websites and other websites, based on information relating to your access to and use of our websites and other websites. To do so, these companies may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser (including through the use of Pixel Tags). If you would like to learn more about this practice, including your choices with respect to it, please visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp and http://www.aboutads.info/ or https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/disable-third-party-cookies
We do not respond to a web browser’s “do not track” signal, or other mechanisms that indicate a request to disable online tracking of individuals who use or visit our websites. As the internet and other eCommerce channels continue to develop, we may deploy and utilize different types of technologies to collect data regarding your visit or usage.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above. To learn more about Google Analytics, including how to opt-out of it, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
We inform you that we added on this website the code „gat._anonymizeIp();“ to ensure an anonymous tracking of IP-addresses (aka IP-masking) for Google Analytics.
If you would prefer that NiCE does not get this kind of information in the future, please [google_analytics_optout]click here to opt-out.[/google_analytics_optout]

Children’s Privacy
Our Websites are not directed to children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, then please stop using our websites or our products and services and do not provide us with PII of any kind whatsoever.
It is our policy not to knowingly solicit children under the age of 13 for PII or otherwise contact children for any purpose. Further, it is NiCE’s policy to not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to use our websites or our products and services. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in monitoring their children’s use of the internet. It is possible that by fraud or deception, we may receive the PII of children under the age of 13. If we are notified or otherwise become aware of this, we will immediately delete the PII from our servers. If you want to notify us of our receipt of PII by children under the age of 13, please contact our privacy officer at admin@nice.de.
Some links on our Websites may possibly lead to the websites of third-parties that are directed to children. NiCE does not control these third parties and is not responsible for the actions of our third-party business partners. We encourage you to check their terms of use and privacy policies for such information that addresses children’s privacy.

We Protect the Security of Personally Identifiable Information
The security of your PII is important to us. We exercise reasonable care in implementing generally accepted standards of security to protect your PII from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for some of your more sensitive PII (such as credit card information and state ID numbers). It is our policy to retain PII for only as long as we believe appropriate for the purposes for which the PII was collected or as required by applicable law. Unfortunately, “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet, and no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we take reasonable efforts to protect your PII, we cannot guarantee that PII stored on our servers, or transmitted to or from a user, will be free from unauthorized access. By using our websites and corresponding with us, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account passcode, membership numbers, and pin numbers, and you will be responsible for any access to or use of our websites by you or any person or entity using a passcode provided to you, whether or not such access or use has been authorized by or on behalf of you, and whether or not such person or entity is your employee, relative or agent. In the event of the unauthorized use of your passcode, account, or membership number, or any other breach of security involving your information as it pertains to NiCE, you agree to immediately notify us. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session, control the dissemination and use of your passcode, control access to and use of your account and membership number, and notify us when you desire to cancel your account on our Websites. We will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision. It is our policy that we will never request your sensitive PII, such as your credit card number, passcode, membership number, or pin number, in an e-mail, text, or on a website that is not located at the domain name used by NiCE or an affiliate. If you receive an e-mail or other correspondence requesting that you provide any such information via e-mail or to a website that is not on such domain name, please do not provide such information, and report such request to our privacy officer at datenschutz@nice.de.
In the unlikely event that we have reason to believe that the security of your PII in our possession or control may have been compromised, we will notify you consistent with the applicable laws and regulations. If a notification is appropriate, we will do so as promptly as possible under the circumstances. If we have your current e-mail address on file, we may notify you by e-mail.

2.) Weitere Funktionalität
a) Newsletter:
