Thank you for your interest in SCOMathon 2026. It was great to be part of the event and connect with so many people working with SCOM in real-world environments.

If you were not able to attend live, or want to revisit the sessions, the good news is that recordings are available, so you can catch up anytime.

This year, NiCE contributed with several sessions and updates focused on making SCOM environments more powerful, efficient, and easier to operate in daily practice.

We showcased the brand-new URL Monitoring Management Pack, which helps improve visibility into web application availability and performance. We also presented the brand new AIOps Navigator for SCOM by our partner TazamaTech Software, demonstrating how teams can move from reactive alert handling to more intelligent, correlated operations, through an AI-based prompt interface that lets users interact directly with their SCOM data, ask questions in natural language, and instantly surface relevant insights, relationships, and root causes. In addition, we introduced the latest release of our free Log File Management Pack, bringing further improvements for troubleshooting and log analysis in complex environments.

Beyond the sessions, we’re also excited to share that NiCE has entered a partnership with TazamaTech Software. This collaboration is aimed at expanding capabilities in modern IT operations and strengthening how customers can manage and analyze monitoring data across IT Ops environments.
