Free Community Management Packs for Enhanced Monitoring
NiCE is expanding its monitoring portfolio with the release of two new free community management packs
- The URL Management Pack 1.00 by our partner TazamaTech Software
- and NiCE Log File Management Pack 2.1.
The newly introduced URL Management Pack delivers advanced monitoring of web endpoints, enabling organizations to detect issues, risks, and unauthorized changes across critical URLs in real time. This increased visibility helps strengthen security, support compliance requirements, and improve the reliability of external-facing services. Watch the release session.
At the same time, version 2.1 of the Log File Management Pack brings significant enhancements to log analytics. Features such as multi-line monitoring, log correlation, and repeated event detection provide deeper insights into complex system behaviors. With more than 100 built-in authoring wizards and support for both SCOM and Azure environments, the solution is designed for scalability and ease of use — without requiring XML customization or additional licensing.
