When the first Covid19 wave hit the world, we learned that on-site events such as Microsoft Ignite would no longer take place. New ways had to be found to engage with the community. This led to the birth of the SCOMathon, of which NiCE is a proud founding member. Other thrilling community-driven events and sessions followed throughout the year, such as the European Collaboration Summit, including the free Learning Day, great webinars with partners such as SquaredUp, Cookdown, TopQore, and many more. The quality and commitment of the community have been overwhelming.

As a payback to the community, NiCE offered free Teams monitoring, which was taken by storm and helped many companies get the best from their Teams environment. The biggest compliment for our offerings is a 5-star rating on Gartner for Microsoft 365 Digital Experience Monitoring.
