Microsoft SCOM managed instance (MI) and NiCE Management Packs enable your perfect cloud transition. Microsoft SCOM MI, the disruptive switch of monitoring from on-prem to pure cloud-based systems, is now available in public preview. With SCOM MI, operating hybrid data centers will be way more manageable.

SCOM MI uses an Azure-hosted PaaS-like SCOM service, allowing you to monitor all your workloads, whether they run on-prem, on Azure, or any other cloud service. With this “SCOM-as-a-Service” approach, you can leverage NiCE Management Packs to their full extent. Set up a new SCOM MI instance, associate it with your Management Packs, and off you go.
